Start with the court named on the notice. Call first. For an official Hancock County warrant question, contact the office responsible for the record or the court that issued the process. A sheriff’s directory can route a law-enforcement inquiry, while a court clerk can identify the docket and its public records. Sneedville City Court handles a separate municipal path. Choose the office from the citation or case paperwork when possible. A public directory is only a starting point, and no one contact line is published as a complete countywide warrant search.

  • Sneedville city citation: City Hall / City Court, 292 Jail Street, (423) 733-2254, weekdays 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The city does not provide an online warrant lookup. See the city government page or the AOC clerk directory.
  • Resolution advice: for a case-specific legal strategy, consult a Tennessee-licensed attorney. Only the responsible court can set a recall, appearance, bond, or other order.

The County Clerk provides driver services and administrative records, not the ordinary criminal warrant docket. For traffic-license reinstatement, verify the current service counter and address before visiting because published location information conflicts with the county’s announced move. The state locator is at Tennessee Driver Service Locations.
